These Terms of Service govern the use of the Orbitmap platform, accessible at orbitmap.ai and app.orbitmap.ai (hereinafter: the "Service"), operated by:

2. Definitions
- Service — the Orbitmap platform available online, enabling project management with AI agents.
- User — any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit using the Service.
- Account — an individual User account in the Service, created upon registration.
- Platform — all functionalities provided by the Service, including task management, documentation, and MCP/CLI integrations.
- Early Access — a pre-launch program allowing users to join a waiting list before the official release of the Service.
3. Conditions of Use
3.1. By using the Service, you accept these Terms of Service in full.
3.2. You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.
3.3. Registration requires a valid email address.
4. Early Access
4.1. Through the Early Access program, you may join a waiting list by providing your email address.
4.2. Joining the Early Access list does not constitute a commitment to purchase or use a paid version of the Service.
4.3. Your email address provided during Early Access signup will be used solely to notify you about the Service launch and important updates.
5. Liability
5.1. The Operator makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Service operates correctly but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
5.2. The Operator shall not be liable for damages resulting from use of the Service in violation of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All intellectual property rights to the Service, including graphics, software, databases, and content, belong to BTA SYSTEMS SP. Z O.O. or its licensors.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users will be notified of changes via email or through a notice in the Service.
7.2. Matters not covered by these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Poland.
7.3. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's registered office.
